We are dedicated to living out these beliefs and sharing the love and message of Jesus Christ with the world.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; header_font_size=&#8221;45px&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Our Statement of Faith<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At Makers of Care, we hold fast to the following statement of faith, which forms the bedrock of our beliefs and practices:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Belief in the Holy Trinity<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Matthew 28:19)<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons &#8211; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three persons are co-equal and co-eternal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Belief in the Bible<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (2 Timothy 3:16-17)<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We believe that the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired and infallible Word of God. It is the ultimate authority for our faith and practice.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Belief in the Deity of Jesus Christ<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (John 1:1, 14)<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully human. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and was raised from the dead. He was the invisible God made visible for the benefit of all mankind. (Col 1:15)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Belief in Salvation by Grace through Faith<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Ephesians 2:8-9)<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We believe that salvation is a gift from God, received through faith in Jesus Christ. It is by grace alone, not by our works, that we are reconciled to God and receive eternal life.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Belief in the Holy Spirit <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(John 16:7-13) (Matt 3;11) (Acts 1:8)<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We believe in the work of the Holy Spirit in the life of believers. The Holy Spirit convicts of sin, empowers us to live a Christian life, and provides spiritual gifts for service.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Belief in the Church as the Body of Christ<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (1 Corinthians 12:12-13)<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, composed of all believers, and that it is called to worship, fellowship, disciple, and serve in the world.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Belief in the Second Coming <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(John 14:3, Acts 1:11)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We believe in the personal and visible return of Jesus Christ..<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Belief in Love and Compassion &amp; Giving Comfort to those Suffering <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0(Matthew 22:39, 2 Cor 1:3-7)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are committed to following the teachings of Jesus by loving our neighbors, helping those in need, and spreading the message of God&#8217;s love and grace.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Belief in Unity of the Body of Christ<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Ephesians 4:3)<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We seek to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace, cooperating with other Christian organizations for the advancement of God&#8217;s kingdom.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Belief in the Power of Prayer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Philippians 4:6)<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We recognize the importance of prayer in seeking God&#8217;s guidance, wisdom, and strength in all that we do.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; header_font_size=&#8221;45px&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">WHAT WE BELIEVE about Suffering with HOPE<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b> <\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As Christians, we embrace the truth that suffering is a profound and often challenging aspect of our faith journey. Our statement of faith on suffering reflects our beliefs and convictions regarding this important topic:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Suffering in a Broken World: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We acknowledge that suffering is a consequence of living in a fallen world, marred by sin and brokenness. It affects every individual, regardless of their beliefs, as part of the human condition.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>The Suffering of Christ: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, fully entered into human suffering during His earthly ministry. He experienced pain, rejection, and crucifixion, identifying with our suffering and offering hope for redemption.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Suffering as a Test of Faith:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> We recognize that suffering can test our faith and challenge our understanding of God&#8217;s love and sovereignty. In the midst of pain, we may question, but we hold onto the assurance that God is with us in our suffering.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Suffering and Compassion:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> We understand that suffering can cultivate empathy and compassion in our hearts. We are called to reach out to those who are suffering, extending love and support in the name of Christ.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Suffering as a Means of Spiritual Growth:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> We believe that suffering can be a means of refining and maturing our faith. Through trials, we learn to depend on God, develop perseverance, and grow in our spiritual walk.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Suffering and Hope: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We hold firmly to the hope that suffering is not the end of the story. In the resurrection of Jesus Christ, we find the ultimate assurance that suffering will be ultimately overcome, and God will wipe away every tear from our eyes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Suffering and Redemption: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We trust that God can use suffering for His redemptive purposes. Even in the midst of pain, He can bring about transformation, healing, and reconciliation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Suffering and Prayer: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We believe in the power of prayer to seek God&#8217;s guidance, comfort, and strength during times of suffering. We are encouraged to cast our cares upon Him, knowing that He cares for us.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Suffering and Solidarity:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> We affirm our commitment to stand in solidarity with those who suffer, recognizing that Jesus calls us to love our neighbors and care for the afflicted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Suffering and Eternal Glory: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We hold the promise that, in the presence of God, our suffering will be replaced by eternal joy, where there will be no more pain, sorrow, or tears.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In times of suffering, we, as Christians, cling to our faith in Jesus Christ, who bore our sorrows and offers the ultimate hope.
