I placed my husband in memory care 2 years ago and while he\u2019s doing ok, I was not. Our weekly sessions have been a safe place for me to process out loud and regain the confidence I lost during the years I cared for my husband at home. The profound questions we explored in our sessions helped me focus on how to care for myself. Susan is a Truth-teller, reminding me of who I am in Christ. The teaching materials, encouragement and affirmation, pulled me out of the muck and mire and set me firmly on a solid foundation.
